Severe Reaction: Teriyaki Sub - Subway, Middletown Kentucky

Within a few hours after I had their Sweet Onion Teriaki sandwich I started feeling stomach cramps. I spent most of the rest of the day in the bathroom. Severe pain, diarrhea, nausea and full body sweats. During the course of the night things started to slow down, but then I started bleeding from the rectum! I have never bled like this before! It has been nearly 24 hours now and I'm still having issues and some blood. Can't have anything but clear liquids, crackers and jello.
