Steak Sub Causes Sickness - Subway Sandwiches, Hong Kong Island

On 10/13/16 I visited the subway on ash road in the bp gas station. I ordered a footloose steak sandwhich on flat bread. I ate half my sub and a half hour after I ate I started feeling nauseous and sick to my stomach. As the night progressed it got worse. Sharp pains throughout my stomach. Then I started vomiting, having chills, and diarrhea. These symptoms continued through the night and into the morning. My stomach is still upset and nauseous feeling.
