On 10/13/16 I visited the subway on ash road in the bp gas station. I ordered a footloose steak sandwhich on flat bread. I ate half my sub and a half hour after I ate I started feeling nauseous and sick to my stomach. As the night progressed it got worse. Sharp pains throughout my stomach. Then I started vomiting, having chills, and diarrhea. These symptoms continued through the night and into the morning. My stomach is still upset and nauseous feeling. That sandwhich was the only thing that I had ate all day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
