Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache
Suspected source: Meat and vegetables in a wrap
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Additional information: My husband was also sick about 12 hours later, he was nauseated and weak. He had to go to work and couldn’t eat came home at 4:00 and went right to bed.

04/26 update: Today, several days later I am very dizzy | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache, Dizziness
