05/16/21 I ate the chicken teriyaki flat bread sandwich at about 230 pm, took a nap woke up and went to work by 730 pm was sick in the bathroom by 9pm and 10 pm got off at 12am and threw up from Greenmount ave to my front door which is a 25 min ride. Got home and threw up and had diarrhea up and down all night tossing and turning hot sweats and all and i could not breathe. I just started feeling better today 05/19/21 . | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Sweating
