Chicken Tikka Causes Illness - Subway, England

2 years ago reported by user-pbvgr111 business

Subway, Withington Road, Whalley Range, Manchester, UK

94A Withington Road, M16 8FA England, United Kingdom

I recently had a rather disappointing experience at the Subway branch located Withington Road, Manchester. I purchased three Chicken Tikka sandwiches with Hearty Italian bread for a family gathering, only to find myself and several family members falling ill shortly after consuming the food. The subsequent bout of food poisoning has left us quite displeased with our overall experience. Seeking resolution, I visited the branch to share our concerns with the manager. However, I was directed to your website for further assistance. While I understand that unfortunate incidents can occur, I am disappointed by the lack of immediate action or assistance provided at the branch. The severity of the situation, resulting in multiple family members falling ill, has prompted me to reach out formally. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this incident to prevent any recurrence and, if appropriate, seek compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused. I hope Subway takes this matter seriously and implements measures to ensure the well-being of its customers. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
