- comments: observed evidence of pest activity on site during inspection in the following places. . . Approximately 60 small live ants crawling under shelving units near bulk storage containers, in the employee toilet room and manager office space, 15 small rodent droppings in the prep area located in the unused pre-k building storage closet, and 4 small droppings along the vent located in the cafeteria seating are. Instructed to contact pest control for service, remove droppings and clean all said areas.

- comments: observed heavy equipment stored as well as microwave in front of the main cafeteria with excessive dried food debris throughout surfaces. Instructed to clean and maintain to prevent pest harborage.
