Ordered Salmon Oyako Don online via UberEats from this location on the 30th of October 2022 around 2:30pm. Ate the meal around 3:15pm, experienced vomiting, diarrhoea including blood, fainting and severe abdominal pain around 9:30pm that evening.

Continued having severe abdominal pain and diarrhoea at 6am the next morning. Was taken by ambulance to the hospital ED. Awaiting stool sample results suspect Salmonella poisoning. Made report to local council. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool, Stomach Pain
