On 2 January, I observed a staff member handling cooked, flavoured boiled eggs with bare hands and placing them back into a boiler. The eggs appeared to be ready-to-eat. This occurred at BARIUMA RAMEN KARRINYUP.

Ordered Salmon Oyako Don online via UberEats from this location on the 30th of October 2022 around 2:30pm. Ate the meal around 3:15pm, experienced vomiting, diarrhoea including blood, fainting and severe abdominal pain around 9:30pm that evening.

Daughter and her 2 friends all went today. All 3 girls ordered popcorn chicken and all three girls were sick within 4 hours. Coincidence? I don’t think. The girls were only around each other for a 6 hour period and this is the only meal they had during this time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
