Girlfriend and I went out for our one year anniversary to get her favorite food. The Sake Nigiri (salmon sushi) tasted a bit off to both of us and later that night she was puking and nauseous. The next day was even worse, she couldn't hold anything down and the room wouldn't stop spinning. She had two pieces and I only had half of one but I'm still feeling a little I'll as well | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
