I got the boom boom shrimp tacos special from Sweet Berry Cafe four weeks ago. A day after consuming the food I developed severe stomach pain and diarrhea. I went to the local urgent care and was diagnosed with food poisoning and sent home with some anti nausea medication. The symptoms persisted until I was sent to the emergency room due to dehydration from all of the nausea and vomiting. I was diagnosed with parasitic WORMS living in my intestinal tract. Not only did this meal give me food poisoning, but it also gave me parasites. 0/10. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Dehydration
