Additional information: Not sure which location was ordered from - but got delivery to midtown Manhattan. Had a Sweetgreen bowl from a midtown Manhattan location that contained romaine lettuce and the next day started to feel ill and experienced horrible watery diarrhea and extreme vomiting. I am on day 2 and have not been able to get out of bed and feel ill and exhausted frequently waking in a sweat. I have extreme abdominal cramps, nausea and can’t eat. Considered going the ER or City MD be tested for E. Coli but I can barely get out of bed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Sweating
