Ordered power greens bowl (with modifications: Added: 2 Caesar, lime cilantro jalapeno sauce, chopped romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers
Removed: Golden quinoa, roasted almonds, chickpeas, balsamic vinaigrette
Dressing on the side + Bread ) at 9:45 pm on 4/18. Ate it at around 10 pm and woke up vomiting at 3:30 am. I vomited roughly 6 times between 3:30 and 5 am. Was able to sleep but have weird stomach pain and nausea now (1 pm 4/19).
