Fish Taco Bowl Illness - Sweetgreen, Dallas Texas

I ordered the fish taco bowl with roasted sweet potatoes from Sweet Green and ate it for lunch around 1:00pm on June 23. At 4:00am on June 24, I awoke with watery diarrhea that quickly progressed to nausea and vomiting. It is now 12:00pm on June 25, and I am still sick. Update: It is now early 8:00pm on June 26, and I am starting regain my strength and have been able to keep down bland meals. I lost over 5 lbs in less than 24 hours and will never be eating at Sweet Green again. Apparently, there are thousands of reports across the nation of poor food handling and bacterial/viral contamination. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Headache
