I ate the autumn harvest bowl (added mushrooms) with the focaccia bread and hummus at 1:30pm Stomach started to ache about an hour or so later. Around 8pm I started to violently poop and puke and have been since (it is now 10am). This was one of the only foods I ate yesterday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
