Suspected source: Swiss chalet chicken - Newmarket
Onset: 4 to 12 hours

Additional information: Chicken was weirdly white, tasted odd almost like gasoline, and was uncharacteristically tough. The underside of my plate was smeared with grease from the servers hand - possible cross contamination of customer dishes? (Clearing dirty, then immediately serving a fresh plate without cleaning hands?) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
