Nacho bellgrandre, meat hard taco, bean burrito!!! I started vomiting, followed by diarreah, headache and then fever. My father just ate the nacho bellgrandre and got stomach ache and diarreah as well. I ate it for friday Dinner and spend all weekend extremely sick! Never eating here ever again!!!. I ate on friday 08/06/2021 and felt i got poisoined with the food started my symptoms at midnight. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
