Either bean burrito or Archer Farms Turkey sandwich from Target, I got 2 bean burritos last night around 12am, then this afternoon I ate an Archer Farms sandwich with turkey and cheese around 3pm. Around 5pm, I began feeling a very tense headache, nausea, shakiness, and chills. I feel awful right now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Chills
