Ordered Taco Bell's burrito, nacho fries and some black beans. Not even two hours later, I have explosive diarrhea. Followed by vomiting for the next 16 hours. I could not even keep water down. Taco Bell needs to bee held accountable because they're out here downright poisoning people. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
