Had a Dr. Appt in AM and had to fast for labs so stopped at Taco Bell for a Beef Burrito Supreme. Ate at 10. Had nothing else but water all day. 1:30 stomach pains. By 3 really bad felt like throwing up. Diarrhea from 330 pm on its 10pm now belly is feeling a little better. Will NEVER go there again!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
