Ate a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch before bed, within 1 hour I was cramping, 2 hours I was in the toilet, 4 hours I was throwing up. Others in my family ate from the same box with no issues though.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
