Me and my sister both got Taco Bell late at night we both ordered triple nachos, soft potato taco and chicken crunch wrap. After I eat the food about 15 minutes later I felt nausea then I vomited so did my sister after me:( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
