I went to Taco Bell on Warrensville Center Rd on the night of August 6, 2015 to purchase a taco salad which i do so often. i got home and i started to eat the taco salad and noticed it tasted strange but i really thought nothing off it. i continued to eat it and it started to taste very bitter as i got to the middle of the salad. i immediately stopped eatind it and returned to taco bell to return the taco salad and get my money back which the customer service was very polite. i woke up the next for work and i felt like crap. I had a bad case of diarrhea and vomiting. It was so bad that i was late for work because i could'nt get off the toilet. iI made it to work after being 30 minutes late and the vomiting and diarrhea continued. i stay at work for a few hours and called it quits after i felt a little dizzy as the time went on. I immediately went to the nearest hospital to get checked out. I had no clue what the cause of this was. After the doctor running a few test and seeing that i was severely dehydrated. The final conclusion was that I had been food poisoned. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
