Cold Tacos, Lingering Illness - Taco Bell, Knoxville Tennessee

Went to taco bell on February 28 2024 in the early afternoon. I Ordered 2 soft toco Supremes take out. When I got home, I took 2 bites out of of one and told my husband that the toco meat was a little cold and did not taste well at all. I then took the second soft toco Supreme and the lettuce tasted like it had not been washed kind of metalic tasting. Within a couple of hours I felt nauseous..I took some Pepto Bismal which did not help. I was sick for all night long and continued for the next. I had to go to my doctors on March 4 because I still could not eat. Rx given for nausea. As of this date 3/6/2024 I am still not well! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
