Strange Burrito, Severe Illness - Taco Bell, Erie Pennsylvania

I ate an XXL Grilled Stuft Chicken Burrito and started developing symptoms about an hour after ingesting it. I only ate half of it because it tasted very strange. The guacamole had an odd taste and the rice inside of it was hard. I began to vomit and have diarrhea at 11pm, and it lasted for 10 hours nonstop. The stomach pain was excruciating and debilitating. I could not keep any fluids down, and my stomach still cannot handle solid foods. It's been a horrible couple of days, and I plan not to return to that Taco Bell. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
