I ate Taco Bell late Friday night. I had Nacho Fries. Doritos Taco. And Frito lays burrito. I woke around 5am Saturday feeling super Naseus and began throwing up all the food I ate from the previous night. I was unable to eat or drink without vomiting for over 48hrs. I still feel feverish and get chills and have a sheadache it is now day 3. The last time I vomited was today Monday morning around 9am. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
