Cantina Bowl Illness Suspected - Taco Bell, Middletown Pennsylvania

I've eaten two things this entire week. One is a beef stew that i eat with a roommate. The other is a Cantina Bowl from taco bell. My housemate has not exhibited symptoms from the beef stew so i can only assume my food poisoning came from the taco bell. I ate the cantina bowl on tuesday. On Wednesday, i started experiencing stomach cramps and mild diarrhea. On Thursday, I experienced fever, cramps, chills, and a worsening of the diarrhea and cramps.
