Nacho Fries Sickening Experience - Taco Bell, Aliso Viejo California

Sat evening June 27th - Had nacho fries and a black bean chalupa, a couple hours later had severe nausea and vomiting for hours, husband also ate food from this same location but got completely different items and was totally fine. Had to have been the nacho fries or beans in the chalupa, leaning towards the nacho fries as he didn't have any. Ironic that we had said it was pretty good as we don't often eat fast food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
