Nausea, Fatigue After Burrito - Taco Bell, Citrus Heights California

Ordered chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito and chips with nacho sauce - tasted fine.. until next morning I was so nauseous and fatigued, I had no appetite the entire day, had chills and headache and almost fainted. I kept having the after taste of the burrito the whole day but unfortunately I didn’t vomit , I would have wanted to puke to clear out my stomach but I didn’t have vomit or diarrhea. However I had no fever so I know I wasn’t sick, I just felt terrible after their meal the next day and literally could not eat anything or think about any food | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Fatigue, Loss of Appetite
