Tuesday evening I went to Taco Bell @ 7:30pm. Woke up @ 1am so sick. Extremely nauseous and painful stomach cramps. Diarrhea non stop. Couldn't sleep for 4 days. 5 days and barely feeling better. I have never felt so sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
