Chalupa: Severe Food Poisoning - Taco Bell, Spartanburg South Carolina

9 years ago reported by user-pfvtn581

Taco Bell, Asheville Highway, Spartanburg, SC, United States

1783 Asheville Highway, Spartanburg, 29303 South Carolina, United States

Ate a chalupa. Lettuce tasted funny so I didn't finish it. The next morning I woke up with the obvious symptoms of food poisoning. It is 2 days later and I am still counting the hours until the pain goes away. Pain so bad that you can not sleep and vomiting blood is torture. Having to use the bathroom to the point where there is no fluids left is torture. Looking in the mirror and seeing that you look like you are going to die is torture. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. DIRTY PEOPLE THAT DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS OBVIOUSLY WORK THERE. THE LETTUCE IS ALSO A PROBLEM FOR TACO BELL. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
