Power Outage Food Illness - Taco Bell, Bel Air Maryland

Last night, Friday, Oct. 28, at 8:05 pm I ate at Taco Bell. I had a crunch wrap supreme, a cheesy gordita, and a taco. There was a sign on the door stating " sorry for the inconvenience but we had a power surge and the lights in the kitchen and bathrooms were out. After I are U was feeling kind of sick. At 11pm I had horrible stomach cramps, vomiting, very bad diahrea, headache, chills and shaking. This went on all night long with very little sleep. I am still very sick today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Chills, Shaking
