February 23, 2022, Had a meal admission barbecue of the brisket and pulled pork, I got home with it at approximately 840 P.m. my platter contain green beans and a baked sweet potato and cornbread. See More you I didn’t eat the whole thing I only ate a little bit I woke up in excruciating pain so bad that I could not walk I was nauseous I had diarrhea I was vomiting I had heart palpitations my eyes were watering the pain was so bad I couldn’t breathe and couldn’t stand so we called 911 and I was taken to the hospital by ambulance because it was bad. Even while in the ER I had numerous bouts of vomiting and diarrhea I was there in the ER for 12 hours and was diagnosed with food poisoning so I contacted Hartford County Health Department they went to check out some things and they got back to me and they did let me know that it was the beef brisket and harford county health department threw all of it away they said they had been leaving brisket and several other foods out and not held at correct temperatures. I was sick for about two months thinking I had some weird virus. I couldn’t keep anything in my body and lost a few pounds while being lethargic and constantly sick. See More tests done, scheduling a few exploratory procedures, missing work, and spending a lot of money on meds, I still didn’t have a resolution. I was eating Lucky Charms every morning and even said it was one of the few things I could stomach because my sickness would come late morning. After I read the info on Lucky Charms, a light bulb went off. It has been two weeks since I stopped eating Lucky Charms, and my stomach is 95% better. It’s amazing how within the first few days I improved by leaps and bounds, but I honestly don’t think I will ever feel normal again.
