Additional Information: On October 26, 2024, I ordered one bean burrito with no onions, as well as a veggie mexican pizza. About 1 hour after consuming the food, I started to have severe stomach cramps that would not go away & continuously got worse. About 4 hours after that, I became extremely nauseous and threw up everything I consumed that day over the course of 3 minutes. Soon after, I began to tremble and shake from the fever that was spiking I became dizzy, pale, cold, and all over sore on my body. It’s now 15 hours later and I’m still experiencing stomach cramps, nausea, chills and vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
