Mexican Pizza Illness Report - Taco Bell, Covington Georgia

I bought a Mexican pizza combo and I noticed it looked like lettuce mixed in the melted cheese but it tasted normal so i ate it. The next day i get diarrhea several times and when i thought i got that calmed down the queezy stomach started. Moments later im vomiting a lot 4 different times. I started noticing stomach pain briefly and i went to bed with a sick stomach. If symptoms persist ill have to go to ER and get blood work ran to find out what's making me sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
