I ordered 4 beef tacos and 3 bean and cheese burritos around 3:00 pm on 8/4/2018. Later that day around 1:00 am in the morning on 8/5/2018 my stomach was in excruciating pain, I was tossing and turning on my bed and an hour later I ejected a ton of vomit into the side of my bed without warning. Every time I eat something or try drink water, 30 minutes to an hour I throw up, and it's not a little throw, it's a ton of vomit that is ejected, it hurts really bad, I have a fever, my eyes hurt, abdominal pain, mild confusion, headache, nausea, I even threw up fresh blood.
