Was at sports club before, felt perfect, last time eating was about 5 hours earlier.Went to taco bell on my way home and got the cheesy fries and the cheesy black bean burrito, went home and ate those, soon after I was feeling nauseous, it continued to get worse so I purged and felt a little better, but still not great in the stomach, not long after I needed to get sick from the nausea, this continued for the next couple of hours, when going to bed, soon after I began to get diarrhea, which continued regularly throughout the night and into today(29-05-2024), today the nausea and diarrhea seems to be mostly resolved but my skin is very sensitive/painful, very low energy and still getting the chills. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills
