Sour Cream Mystery Illness - Taco Bell, Fort Myers Florida

Employee had said there was no more sour cream but then had sour cream for the crunch wrap. Was confused but decided to get the crunch wrap supreme anyway. I Ate around 8pm at night and immediately felt nauseous after. The whole next morning I had stomach cramps. I wasn’t hungry at all until 6pm and that’s when I started vomiting. I could not hold anything down. Going on day 2 now and I’m still unable to keep anything down. I’m guessing it was the sour cream :( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
