Taco Meal Causes ER Visit - Taco Bell, Thornton Colorado

At a crunchy taco supreme and chips and cheese Friday night and woke up Saturday with diarrhea. Then the vomiting started, body pain, and a high fever. I went to an ER and got 2 bags of fluid, anti diarrheal, anti-nausea drug, and cipro. Today I still feel awful and my fever is 101.5. NP diagnosed it as food poisoning. If it doesn't stop by tomorrow, I'll go back and give blood or stool for a sample. I'm almost certain it was the Taco Bell. I had a busy day so it was my first meal in hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
