I went and got a burrito and nacho fries from taco bell in groton ct ate food 2 hours later I started getting hot and nausea n a headache started throwing up n now having direahea a lot with stomach pain, Started getting sick 2 hours later ate at 6pm | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain
