Symptoms started on 6/14/22. About 40 minutes after eating soft tacos and nachos and cheese dip, I had stomach cramps and was vomitting. Later that evening I started to have diarrhea. It has now been over 72 hours and I still do not have an appetite, feel tired, nauseous, tired, diarrhea and have headaches. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Loss of Appetite
