Nacho Fries Box Illness - Taco Bell, New Iberia Louisiana

I had a nacho fries box and steak chalupa from Taco Bell last night. I went to bed feeling fine..... I awoke at 3:04 am the following morning sweating, nauseous, dizzy, and weak. I’ve been vomiting, sick to my stomach and having diarrhea since this morning. No doubt in my mind that it was the Taco Bell food. I haven’t been able to eat all day and feeling this way sucks. This is my last and final time eating from Taco Bell!!!!!!!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Dizziness, Sweating
