On August 1st I had ate a chicken crunch wrap supreme from taco bell Havelock NC. On August 4th I started feeling bad. Running a fever, headache and stomach cramps. On August 5th I started throwing up and had continuous diarrhea. I became extremely weak, and dyhdrated. I felt like I was dying. On August 8th My wife made me go to carteret general hospital. They took samples/test and sent them off. Put me in 3 different medications. I was deathly sick for a week or more afterwards. I'm still taking my medicine and have one left to finish. It almost killed me. I couldn't work. I couldn't eat or do anything. A few days letter I get a letter from the craven county health department saying that I had I needed to call the communitable disease nurse. Scared me and my family to death. But we prepared for the worst. I contacted them and they revealed that i had salmonella poisoning. I have never been this sick in my life. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Weakness
