Sunday 1 day ago I got a nachos fries box with a kickstart and a hardshell taco. I think the burrito is what is causing my issues. Ive been throwing up and having diarrhea all day also feel a fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
