2 pm. Beef taco salad, bean burrito. Started feeling sick bf I finished meal. After 2 hours, was shaky, fever, chills, muscle aches, severe diarrhea, thirst, and nausea. Spent a horrid night with all of the above. Feel weak and generally sick. Cannot keep water down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Other, Weakness, Chills, Muscle Pain
