I ordered some bean burritos and a taco.. About 30 minutes after eating, I felt so horrible I had to lie down. I was dripping in sweat, had very painful stomach problems, and extreme nausea. I eventually vomited twice, and felt extremely weak and tired. I also had extreme mental confusion and had to just close my eyes and breath. I felt so terrible I though I was going to die! My knees were weak, I had a fever, and was developing a headache. Terrible. Had to take the day off work and couldn't even drive home because I ate Taco Bell for lunch. Never again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Sweating
