I had 2 nacho cheese Doritos locos tacos (beef, cheese & lettuce only) at around 7pm on July 9th, 2021. Immediately after finishing my food I had a stomach ache. Then around 9pm my stomach ache worsened and I became nauseous. Between the hours of 2am to 7am of July 10th I would repeatedly go to the bathroom, having very watery diarrhea. At about 7:20am I threw up 5 to 6 times while still having severe diarrhea and being on the verge of passing out due to dehydration and feeling incredibly weak. As of 11:40am I am still feeling incredibly weak and struggle to eat. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness, Stomach Pain
