Ordered some burrito combo box. It had a Chalupa, Doritos taco and this new burrito with cheese on the outside and like chips inside or something. Been having explosive diarrhea for 24 hours. Nausea, dizziness, hot flashes, fever, chills. I’m able to eat but have to shit every 2 hours or less. Hope it goes away tomorrow | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Dizziness, Chills
