On Jan. 21st 2018 bought food from taco bell (Only thing I had ate all day.) Nachos supreme and steak chalupas. Several hours later stomach began to bloat and had severe pain, finally about two hours after the pain started I threw up several times in a row followed by terrible diarrhea, passed out twice. It's the next day and I still feel terrible. Still have stomach aches, chills, weakness, etc. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Bloating, Chills, Stomach Pain
