I ate a taco and a burrito plus a nachos salad with cheese and roast meat and guacamole, until there all right. But after 3 hours of ingestion I started some horrible pains in my stomach, and I went to the bathroom and had diarrhea, and I started vomiting a lot, and the pains continue even after half an hour.
