Severe Taco Combo Illness - Taco Bell, Galion Ohio

2 years ago reported by user-zvmc8139 business

Taco Bell, Harding Way West, Galion, OH, USA

719 Harding Way West, Galion, 44833 Ohio, United States

Grabbed dinner from Taco Bell on Thursday evening. I had a steak quesadilla combo with a Baja blast. Had a soft taco and some cinnamon twists as well. Have had this many times. Fell asleep around 10:30, woke up about midnight and spent the next 24 hours fighting for my life. I'd used the bathroom which was straight diarrhea, then would stand up to wipe, be hit with such nausea I would have to sit back down to throw up bc of how hard I was throwing up would cause me to have more violent diarrhea. At points I would be retching so hard without anything coming up, I was pulling muscles in my neck and back. I have a blown blood vessel in my eye as well. This was the most sick I've ever been in my life. My husband had also eaten from there, but he had a power bowl. He luckily wasn't hit with anything or else our toddler would've been running the house.
Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
